My name is Walt.
I'm originally from Pennsylvania where I started out working in the aerospace industry assembling helicopter and ejection seats and worked my way up to Inspection running LK CMMs using Renishaw Modus software. At MBAI for 13.5 years.
I then got recruited by SIG in New Hampshire for QC (over 5yrs ago) and was given the opportunity to become a Automated Contact Inspection Programmer for their Renishaw Equator project (they wouldn't classify the Equator Programmers as CMM Programmers due to the Zeiss side being the so called CMM Programmers) and I am now the Lead for QC Programming in our Rochester location. I also dabble slightly with Zeiss Calypso and QVI ZONE3.
